Totally Fabulous Fridays: Community Happy Hour at El Rio

Every Friday you join SF Beautiful at El Rio to start your Friday off on the right foot, all drink proceeds will be donated to the beneficiary organization. Plus, there’s free oysters on the half shell, drink specials, and the swinging stylings of DJs Carmen and Miranda at the Fruit Stand.

Well, we thought that maybe you could have a little more fun building community support and excitement for the good work of your local community organization.

It turns out that El Rio has been doing just this for forty years. Each Friday, El Rio invites a new community group to share their work, let their hair down, and raise some money for a great cause.

SF Beautiful has partnered with El Rio to organize six whole months of Totally Fabulous Happy Hour events – twice a month - featuring some of the best neighborhood organizations, community and school groups in San Francisco.
