About the Neighborhood

Chinatown is located in downtown San Francisco and is boredered by the Financial District, North Beach, Russian Hill and Telegraph Hill. The area is home to the largest Chinese community outside of Asia and the oldest Chinatown in North America. The San Francisco Planning Department also found Chinatown to be “the most densely populated urban area west of Manhattan.” Source: Wikipedia, San Francisco Planning Department
